SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our responsibility to society is a central component of our corporate culture. We recognize and embrace current developments and challenges of our time. That’s why we support charitable organizations and encourage employee volunteering.

EDUCATION

To promote young talent, we not only offer internships
and work-study positions to schoolchildren
and students, but have also entered into strategic
cooperation agreements with renowned universities,
such as the Technical University of Munich and the
Ingolstadt Technical University. In addition, we support
educational institutions and offer incentives to promote
the educational activities of our employees.

SOCIAL

Our offerings help people inside and outside the
company to meet the challenges of various areas of
vlife more easily. These include donations and
volunteer work with social organizations as well as
the work-life balance of employees.

HEALTH

As an employer, we offer preventive health measures
in the workplace and organize sports events for our
employees. To support vital donations, such as
blood drives, we motivate our team by adding bonus
hours to their time account. We also support sports
clubs in the surrounding area to promote health
in the region.

CRISIS

In the event of a crisis, we provide rapid and
situational support to help specifically where help
is needed most.

CULTURE

We support cultural institutions and clubs to
contribute to a vibrant cultural life in the city of
Ingolstadt and Region 10.

REGION

Regional development and management are part
of our tasks. We are a member of IRMA (Initiative
(Initiative Regionalmanagement Region Ingolstadt e.V.)
and Bayern Innovativ in the automotive cluster.
For contract award and cooperation, we primarily
consider local suppliers and companies.
