• Lead the development of NAD (Network Access Device) – the telephone module – and connection manager for China
    • Take innovation to track user demands, define and track change request till feature fulfillment, test case creation
    • Functionality Tracking and development planning
    • Supplier management and project steering for NAD area
    • Track bug fixing and achieve quality-wise approval state
    • Stakeholder communication
    • Work closely with colleagues in Germany, regular information synchronization with counterpart in Germany
    • Work closely with other FOs to ensure functionality feasibility study
    • Synchronize with test coordinator, support test strategy and test plan
    • Support Test environment setup and technical clarification


    • Bachelor degree or above in communication engineering, electrical/electronical engineering, computer science or similar
    • 5+ years’ work experience with related field
    • Solid knowledge background on cellular and wireless technologies, e.g. WCDMA/LTE/5G, Bluetooth, WLAN.
    • Experience on the development of a NAD module for automotive area, both software and hardware.
    • Experience on the testing and system integration of NAD module, both stationary and in the field.
    • Familiar with mobile communication network architecture, and 3GPP protocols . Soft Skills & Attitude
    • High degree of self-initiative, willingness to learn
    • Good presentation & communication skills
    • Excellent oral & written English skills. German as a plus
    • Good team player
