Project Manager


    • Planning and Schedule controlling
    • Create effective test plan according to project schedule.
    • Strictly control schedule is executed without delay.
    • Regularly present project status to high level management.
    • Regularly sync China requirements and test result with German interface.
    • Strong sensitive on the function’s demand for Chinese consumers and convert to technical requirements and specification in order to develop and improve functional quality.
    • Clear ticket management process and test strategy definition.


    • Strong organization and project management skills (3+ years’ experience).
    • 2+ years of relevant testing experience (Experience with smartphone integration test e.g. CarPlay/CarLife/Android Auto is preferred.)
    • High level of communicating effectively across domains and stakeholders.
    • Ability to create test plan and control time-schedule effectively.
    • Good presentation skill to show project status to high level management.
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with all stakeholders.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
    • Willingness to travel domestic or international.
    • Valid Chinese drive license and good driving skill is a must.
    • Draft travel plan (Per year) 4 times a year in mainland China.
