I’m mainly responsible for the management and business development of ZD Automotive branch company in East China.
I joined ZD shortly after it entered China. The acknowledgement of the founder and the recognition of the industry are the main reasons why I joined the company. I’m glad I chose the right industry, also the right platform.
With the rapid business development of ZD in China, it requires me to step out of my comfort zone and constantly challenge myself. Likewise, I have met many excellent colleagues and partners here, and we can support each other and keep growing.
There are many moments that impressed me deeply. The most recent one was during the pandemic in Shanghai this year, colleagues from the Shanghai branch gathered to sing together online and encourage each other. Individuals are weak in the face of disaster, but together we are strong.
Last year, we established a more comprehensive organizational structure in ZD-Shanghai, including software R&D department, hardware R&D department, business team, HR department, delivery department, project center, etc. Nanjing and Shanghai have moved into new offices. It is my greatest success to be able to progress and grow with the company in East China.
