To help you get to know the people behind ZD, we introduce you to our employees, working students and interns. Our Site Manager, Martin Gieß, gave us a little insight into his work and experiences at ZD.

As site manager, I have a wide range of responsibilities. For example, I am the contact person for all issues relating to personnel, facility management, our test benches and the various test benches here in Großmehring.
Because the tasks are so devised – it is always exciting and interesting.
What I like best is that my work is so varied. No two days are the same.
My best experience so far was the opening ceremony of the new company building in summer 2019. I had accompanied the entire design and construction work of the research and development center. So I was very happy that I was able to celebrate with many guests here in Großmehring. It is an important milestone both for the company and in my career at ZD.
It is always a success when we are able to acquire a new trade – regardless of whether it is a large or small project.
